vintage 1970s black polyester wrap skirt with red and yellow floral rose print all Width (armpit to armpit): 44A black wrap skirt, made circa 1970s by an unknown japanese manufacturer. It is made from one large piece of acrylic poly fabric with a waistband sewn along the top edge, and self fabric ties at each end of the waistband which allow the skirt to be adjusted to fit the waist of the wearer.
