Butterfly Cyclone Pendant Sea Snails suspended from a soft goldenThis piece features butterfly coquinas circling a spire sea snail shell. Turritella communis are a high spired (spiral) shell of the mollusc (snail) species. Spire means the tightness of the spirals in the shell. This one of a kind handmade piece was designed in honor of Captiva and Sanibel Islands' resilience during hurricanes Debby and Helene in 2024. These shells were hand picked on Captiva Island, FL on August 3, 2024, the evening before tropical
