He is not identified on this tintype, but he was ID'd on the album page in thealbum I found him in. Based on the other identified people around him, as well as the location noted at the front of the album (Essex, Massachusetts), I am almost certain ofhis identity Moses Burnham, who was born in 1836, lived in Essex, Massachusetts, and died of tuberculosis
